Reference & Research Department is located on the fourth floor of the new library, which typically presents our library service mode of public, digital, research three become one idea.
The department composes of 3 major collection sections of fashion, law and business & trade as well as a HK&Taiwan social information room.
We not only provide reading materials to readers here, but also has perfect computer network complying with electronic services, online enquiry etc.
